How much time span between food ingested and a diarrhea (liquid) episode? I log my food and trying to figure out what went wrong, but how to know if it was a bad piece of meat from lunch ,the whey from morning or that cake bite I couldnt resist the night before?
I am 2 months in and had only pb during transition, then all good and stable.tia.

I had started a food log with an app about one year ago. its rather new, they keep adding upgrades, but its "common" approach. Thankful for this science-backed community as it feels going against the flow.
Sarted gettin questions around,funny how it triggers ppl whats in MY plate, not sure how to respond avoid entering debate?

Evolving breakfast (post workout meal), went from a whey shake and spoonful almonds to scrambled eggs and bacon. Today I am trying blood sausage (boudin in french) with my eggs. I used to love boudin as a kid. But unsure how the onion will do on me. I was low FODMAP to support my gut but never quite sure which was the offending category @Monash

I have not heard much talking about whey in this space. I use it for convenience, and will switch to a goat/sheep source option. What's all your experience with whey?
I now use it to replace flour for a little carnivore treat (one egg, tbsp milk powder, whey, water microwaved and makes a kinda carnivore snack on the go, post-workout)

Anyone tried a CKM ?
Its worth 14days of data collection. I never used a CGM either. I used to get finger prick once a day while transitionning from LCHF to keto and calculate my GKI.
I am now 2 weeks into carnivore, and wonder what "trials" I could do to get the most out of my 2weeks ? my training regimen?
