Sarted gettin questions around,funny how it triggers ppl whats in MY plate, not sure how to respond avoid entering debate?
I now use it to replace flour for a little carnivore treat (one egg, tbsp milk powder, whey, water microwaved and makes a kinda carnivore snack on the go, post-workout)
Its worth 14days of data collection. I never used a CGM either. I used to get finger prick once a day while transitionning from LCHF to keto and calculate my GKI.
I am now 2 weeks into carnivore, and wonder what "trials" I could do to get the most out of my 2weeks ? my training regimen?
