Post menopausal & recently diagnosed with Inclusion Body Myositis. I want to slow or stop this disease from progressing. I want to get healthier, lose excess fat, build lean muscle, gain strength & fix my hormones naturally.
My body fat is still shrinking slowly though :-)
Non-scale victories: - My BMI is down 3.1 points, 4.5cm loss on waist. Tinnitus is still there, but at half volume. Bloating and indigestion gone. Skin is softer/smoother. More energy, less angry/moody. Higher mood. Clothes looser everywhere. Nails are harder.
