I live 100m walk from Aldi and noticed they sell grade 2 (70/30) beef mince. I decided to bite the bullet after 2 months of thinking about it (I usually buy 80/20 - regular - grade 3 mince) and buy some to make smash burgers. OMG, how much juicier & tasty these patties are is unbelievable. I will be sticking with the grade 2 mince moving forward.
