Is restless leg syndrome, a nerve problem or a muscle problem? I can increase my protein.That's not an issue, and i'm very high fat begin with.I have patience though. I guess my question is, is this a nerve thing or a muscle thing?
Restless legs is mostly a nerve issue, often tied to low iron, magnesium, or electrolytes—not usually a protein or fat problem. consider checking minerals or using magnesium before bed. 💛
