I am struggling with getting enough protein in during my two meals each day. This morning I added some bone broth to my fatty latte.
Recipe
2 oz espresso (I do decaf)
.33 Scoop Prairie Naturals Powdered Bone broth
6 oz hot water
1 tablespoon goat butter
Blend hot water and bone broth powder with hot water in a magic bullet. Pour over espresso!
