Last night I went to a barbecue spot and I ate the sides. I was about 2 weeks into my challenge. I was starting to get cravings. I have been lifting heavy and not getting the best sleep. The good thing about eating the sides was I felt the difference between SAD diet and carnivore for the first time. It just felt like there was garbage in my belly.

Nothing tastes as good as feeling great feels. That heavy, “garbage in the belly” feeling is powerful feedback. Now you know the difference and that’s a win. Don’t beat yourself up, just get back on track
