Hi! I am Lou. I am 35 and I have been researching health and medicine for over 20 years. I love being active and being with people. Yet, I struggled with my mental health and alcohol in my 20s. I have been sober for 7 years and just now getting a handle on a life long sugar addiction. I am eternally grateful for God for placing this path in front of me and my willingness to listen. The carnivore diet is beginning to work its magic and the pieces are coming together. Food effects the way we think and process information. It directly linked to mental health and so much more.
