Hi! I am Lou. I am 35 and I have been researching health and medicine for over 20 years. I love being active and being with people. Yet, I struggled with my mental health and alcohol in my 20s. I have been sober for 7 years and just now getting a handle on a life long sugar addiction. I am eternally grateful for God for placing this path in front of me and my willingness to listen. The carnivore diet is beginning to work its magic and the pieces are coming together. Food effects the way we think and process information. It directly linked to mental health and so much more. I think we are paving the way for a new paradigm of human health and potential. Thank you!

Started taking magnesium break through from bioptimizers. I feel my facia and nervous system calm are realign. It also helps me sleep which help me stay on track also.

Plus, I just made a Turkey and looking forward to making turkey broth. Gobble Gobble 🦃

Sharing my struggle. I'm doing the inner work and its emotionally disregulating for me. Thank God, I still have everything I need to be successful, yet October was difficult and I took a break from carnivore. I want to get back to it so, I am writing to keep myself accountable. If youre struggling too, its okay. Tell someone safe and, start again.

Hey Tribe! I am getting amazing results this month after recieving support through connection, friendship, and play. Also, starting to cut back on caffeine is helping with my mental health. I am making more sounds decisions and find it easier to resist foods that I used to crave. Taking magnesium is helping with sleep. Pic: decaf butter coffe 🧈☕️

Hey friends, I noticed that my mental health was a lil misaligned this week. I wasn't able to recalibrate before the cravings hit. In the past I would stay up late and binge eat/ lose sleep. The past 3 months have been great except the last 4 days. I am writing you all right now because I need support or a kind word of encouragement. Thank you! <3
