Hi! I am Lou. I am 35 and I have been researching health and medicine for over 20 years. I love being active and being with people. Yet, I struggled with my mental health and alcohol in my 20s. I have been sober for 7 years and just now getting a handle on a life long sugar addiction. I am eternally grateful for God for placing this path in front of me and my willingness to listen.
