Still alive. Day 13 on thyroid meds and starting to see light. I have never been so sick and for a solid month. Working within my energy envelope, consistent with my carnivore nutrition. Hanging w/the Browns has a great interview w/Dr. Bright with details on how to dose iodine, days on/days off, skin patching, etc.
