Quick update on my TRGs: It seems that I was right after my last fast. My body overproduces TRGs and LDL when I'm not eating. After one month of eating three meals a day, my TRG dropped from 219 to 58, and my LDL from 331 to 149. OMAD doesn’t seem to work for me, so I’ll stick with three meals a day and one 48-72 hour fast each month.
I do better with 2 or 3 meals a day. My husband is super healthy and on Carnivore his LDL went up. Your results make me wonder if he'd get a better result by not fasting before blood work. I'll tell him to try it.
