My name is Kristeva and I am brand new to this group. Been dabbling in carnivore for almost a year now. I am struggling to do it well. I want to try the lion diet so I can get rid of another 20 lbs but am struggling with staying the course. Dairy (cream in coffee and cheeses of all kinds) is my weakness. Advice, suggestions??
