It was tough for a few days but I added beef bone broth with butter and maybe 2x a week Equip protein with added raw cream or butter. Havent gained, staying same. Goals: maintain 120g protein, 1% carbs, gain muscle, visceral fat to go down at least to 2. Did go down from 4 to 3 within a week of the Protein challenge. Do you ever do dexa scans? My scale is pretty good but not sure of accuracy. Oh, also, goals are lower insulin, lower triglycerides. Ldl still shakes me and my dr up! New tests in September
