@Rina, after listening to the December Q&A, I wanted to share a symptoms table for insufficient hydration, along with a simple rule of thumb: daily water intake is 0.5–0.7 ounces per pound of target body weight. As you and @Lynda often point out, inadequate salt intake can create problems and is closely tied to hydration.
