Kate A
Hi there, I'm 60 and have experienced the typical weight and other issues associated with menopause, although always have been overweight. I have diabetes in my family so keen to avoid my insulin resistance getting worse. I've tried keto a few years back and did well, but shifting weight seems to be so much harder now. Watched/read a LOT of carnivore information so thought I would give it a try. I take a couple of short walks daily and weight train 2 x week. I'd really love to see if it's true about reversing brain fog!!!!! This seems to be a great community, I never usually get involved as such, but this time it seems right. All the best everyone. 😊
Tried to ask this question to support in the chat, that doesn't seem to be working either.
