Hi everyone. My story began 2 months ago with keto and just few days ago with the carnivore. Lost 8kg and feeling great but after some blood test where the creatinine level went up and the egfr down i went into a status of mild anxiety which cause me struggle with sleeping and low mood. What can i do?
Interested to see what others say, as I've experienced the same. I'm taking a nighttime magnesium powder with L-theanine, GABA, and melatonin. I'm seeing improvement and deeper sleep.
