Help! If nothing else, seeking encouragement. I'm 3mos in ketovore, the last 35 days fairly strict carnivore. I'm bouncing around up and down the same freaking pounds, no loss. I have 150 to lose. I've tried upping cal and fat, still nothing...
Continued: liver or fish (sardines, salmon, etc). I've been snacking on pork rinds and sour cream occasionally, and fried chicken skins. Adding electrolytes to my water. I'm probably 6/18 intermittent fasting.
