CELEBRATION! After slogging around and nearly drowning in my once tight 3X (women's 26-28) pants, I broke down and bought a couple of pairs 👖 of 1X (women's 20-22) and they not only FIT, but they're LOOSE! DOWN 65# since February. 15 more to go to my first BIG goal.🎯

I've been doing so good, had two "oops" last week in a moment of weakness, knocked myself right out of ketosis, gained three pounds! I'm so disgusted with myself! But I'm back on track, slowly getting back into ketosis, more motivated! Thanks to this group for accountability, encouragement! I will conquer this.

Well, I'm still bouncing around with the 3# up & down, but I've finally gotten into a high ketosis after three months! This is the highest I've been at 2.56, I'm trusting the process. It will come.

Help! If nothing else, seeking encouragement. I'm 3mos in ketovore, the last 35 days fairly strict carnivore. I'm bouncing around up and down the same freaking pounds, no loss. I have 150 to lose. I've tried upping cal and fat, still nothing...
