Between whole sour cream and whole greek yogurt, which is possibly better or worse? I consume in limited amounts but daily, and would like to reduce. Sour cream under a layer of ground beef and scrambled yolks is my breakfast. But I can sub for yogurt if better. I also use A2 1/2&1/2 in my decaf, so I do want to reduce the dairy. 😬
Greek yogurt has more protein but also more lactose/carbs; sour cream is more fat. If your goal is less dairy, keep just a small amount of the one you digest best, and slowly replace the rest with more beef/egg yolk fat.
