Ben Azadi was informative, kind and encouraging! Loved his interview. I had to take a break from this group for various reasons but am thankful to be back. Ben was right when he spoke of the need for community. I have great community in other places but they dont understand the why and how of my diet! So thank you @Rina for creating this place!
