I am doing all the correct things but not losing a single ounce. I need some help. The only thing I can think of is that I don’t move quite as much as I used to, but that is because of a back injury. I gained 40 pounds last year and I have not been able to get any of it off. I track my macros., do primarily high fat carnivore, no snacking. Help !
If you are already fat-adapted, then maybe try fasting. I started with intermittent fasting, and now I'm trying not to eat after 5 or 6 p.m. and have two non-consecutive fasting days during the week.
