I am a surgical registered nurse, Mother, Grandmother and soon to be great, great grandmother. I desire to live at the rest of my life in a strong body as I can. I still work, Garden, Play golf, am very active and I would like to stay that way. I have been on ketovore for about a year and a half. I have had my share of ups and downs and way too many cheat days, which has resulted in weight gain of the weight that I lost to begin with. I have learned that my ultimate problem and enemy is not cravings, but an inability to turn down carbs that are right in front of my face. I love to cook and entertain, and when I do, I am not cooking just for carnivores. This is where I need help and support. My goal is to learn how to say no to all carbs and to lose the final 40 pounds that I have just regained. I also want to support my husband who lost 88 pounds while also reversing liver cirrhosis, which we were told was nonreversible. I am looking forward to this challenge and learning as much as possible from you all.
