Tri-tip, easy oven recipe... season meat liberally with smoked salt (I like cherry for this one), place in baking dish with pats of butter on top. Roast uncovered at 350° for 1 hour. Then add one cup broth, cover, and reduce temp to 275°. Roast another 2.5-3 hours. Remove from pan to slice, and serve with au jus. 😋
