hI Debbie, Oh thank you for saying that..I appreciate the encouragement. I cut up the patties like I was eating a steak, Ive wondered why it was easier too. I made a meatloaf, but how do you make that more moist, I actually ended up feeding to the birds that come calling every day. It was too dry, I just could not swallow it. Ive thought about making scotch eggs, maybe the egg will make it easier to swallow. I can buy lovely free range eggs so I cook maybe 6 and mash them with butter and have that in the fridge in case I get hungry. I like the idea of soup, do you mean just beef broth and browned ground beef?
