This is the 3rd time I've tried the carnivore diet. I thought thar maybe I wasn't eating enough fat and red meat the first 2 times, but I'm having the same issues. I've been eating more red meat, adding fat, salting my food, and taking keto chow electrolytes. I'm so tired, cranky, and I'm either constipated or have diahrea. It's been 3 weeks.
Hi @Roxanne this is most likely the adaptation. If you focus on eating fatty cuts of red meat and add fat for satiety it should help with bowel movements. The main thing is to be consistent, each day, and you will get there 😊
