What is a healthy range for ketones on carnivore? I took a urine test, and it said my ketones were too high, an 8. I was diagnosed with prediabetes a year ago, but I thought it was resolved with keto and carnivore. I've lost 33lbs in the last year.

I've struggled with pelvic floor dysfunction for years. I've been carnivore for 2.5 months, and my vaginal & rectal burning & constipation is the worst it's ever been. I burn constantly and now my legs are numb, tingling, painful, and cramping. I'm having a hard time walking & standing. I'm at a loss. I've been to the Dr so many times in the past.

This is the 3rd time I've tried the carnivore diet. I thought thar maybe I wasn't eating enough fat and red meat the first 2 times, but I'm having the same issues. I've been eating more red meat, adding fat, salting my food, and taking keto chow electrolytes. I'm so tired, cranky, and I'm either constipated or have diahrea. It's been 3 weeks.
