Unfortunately the events are on a bit late for me. But I think I eat a lot more than most, and at least 2 very large meals/day. Having had heart issues for a long time, I'm experiencing an irregular pulse and palpitations. Pulse doesn't go over 80 though. Despite this, I feel pretty good, and am exercising quite hard. Any thoughts please?
