My free T3 went from 1.9 to 2.13, my TSH IS 1.84 AND FT4

I'd like to subscribe to one of the courses, it says 20 dollars but everytime i click on it it takes me to monthly subscription plan which is 35 dollars..any help?

60 days in today! And zero weight changes :(((((( i have an issue digesting and absorbing food which is slowing healing. I still have leg aches, fatigue and inflammation. Am focused on lamb, ribeye, and sometimes butter and egg yolks. I dont eat dairy and i cant raise fat levels as much still bcuz of indigestion. I feel a bit frustrated :(

Cholestrol 260, triglycerides 90, HDL-C 60
NON HDL 200, LDL 182, TC/HDL RATIO 4.33, LDL/HDL RATIO 3.03. ALSO my free T3 IS 2.13 AND FASTING INSULIN IS 4.7, Blood platelets is 114

So am someone with high histamine, does that mean i should avoid bone broth?
