Q: question for my niece - one month in on BBBE. She is discouraged. Tired, not sleeping well, low energy and generally not feeling great. What would you suggest?? She’s strict and has added electrolytes.

Who would you recommend to connect with that has experience healing from severe Lynne disease that is in this Carnivore community? (Doctor or nutritionist). Thanks for your advice! (For a dear friend who tried Carnivore but had to stop because it triggered insomnia).

Just got more blood work done and A1C dropped from 11 to 5.6 in 8 months. My doctor was blown away. She’s never seen this before - all without meds. She encouraged me to keep doing what I am doing - Carnivore Life! She now classifies me as non-diabetic! Size 14 to 6!
