Hi I'm 43 years old wife, mother and nurse. I've always had a passion to heal others but never took that compassion to healing myself. Once I became prediabetic I knew I had to change. I've been overweight since my mid 20s with bad skin and joint pain. A few years ago I successfully lost 60lbs intermittent fasting but stopped and gained it all back. I tried Ozempic for a few months and was so sick so in April I went keto. Weight loss was slow and I still had inflammation so now I am on carnivore since Aug 1. A couple weeks prior I gradually went from keto to animal based and now carnivore. My pain and skin are already getting better. Here's to a new me!
I've listened to the video from last week on protein and fat but there's days where I eat almost 200mg protein. Is that too much?
I have TMJ that can cause bad headaches. The chewing of the meat does aggravate it. Does anyone have information if eventually carnivore will heal my jaw pain rather than continue to make it worse ? Thank you!
