I am currently in UK I started keto 5 years ago worked well but then I caught covid which triggered mineres disease. The medication making me put on weight because I can’t walk like I used to due to vertigo issue. I started carnivore because my medication making my muscles weak and stiff but also tired. I mainly ate meat and eggs for one year but did add spices and garlic. Only recently I removed that but I keep putting on weight and it as constantly affects my sleep after removing. I eat 124 grams of protein per day meat eggs all included and butter and salt. But when I increase salt I get severe vertigo due to inner ear issue. My ENT informed me that I can only have 2000 mg of sodium per day. I don’t have passion I just want my weight to go down to healthy weight and to put vertigo in remission.
