obese, puffy, squishy, tired, single mum and 41yo. I'm a perfect white fat statistic and I am desperate to change. I want to be full of energy, fit and strong. I'm so worried about my health deteriorating that I finally am taking a stand to do something about it. I learned last week from a fellow female staff member that went carnivore and she said her health improved so significantly she was scared to come off it. I was then convinced that it is now my time to try. I must lose my excess fat - 40kgs from the calculator, I must improve my food choices to feed my body nutrients not junk and I am desperate to get moving everyday for myself and to stop putting myself last. Something always comes up, I want to put myself and health first so that I'm always at the gym or riding a bike or walking or swimming. At the moment, work, being a mum and being so tired after work I just can't get myself to the gym even tho I work just down the road from it. I want to turn that around. I must turn this around. I hope this will help. I really don't have anything to lose at this point.
