1:2 I spent today making a meal plan with several meal ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinners with calories. I did 1400,1500, 1600 all the way up to 2000 calories because some days we are hunger than others. My goal is usually 1700 to 1800 calories. Yes I keep up to lose weight and I realize not every one likes the idea. For me it works.
I can always grow my list combos but tired of tracking everything in the app so just created for a visual and quick reference. Thought I would share as others might like the idea. Most of us eat the same foods just in different amounts.
