I was recently traveling and had seafood chowder at the airport. I picked out the potatoes and was figuring the cream and seafood was OK. I was miserable for 2 days and it's taken me over a week to feel normal again. Kicked myself for it because I had natural beef jerky made with salt only in my carry on that I forgot about.
So true,Judy. Teresa, I tend to go into intermittent fasting on my travel days. I bring unflavored electrolytes to dump into bottled water. It keeps me going!
