Just a short non scale victory, kind of. This week I went out and purchased some golf shorts. When I started carnivore I had a closet full of 42 inch shorts. I got rid of all but one pair of 38s. When I walked out of the PGA store on Wednesday I walked out with 36’s. Things they keep a changing…for the good.

Thanks Rina and everyone ❤️ I made a conscious decision to discover my best life. I wasn’t going to be that granddad that sat in a recliner and just talked to his grandsons. I now chase them around the Albuquerque Zoo, up mountains and around lakes thanks to carnivore.
