I would love some guidance re Kefir and inflammation. The evidence is mixed and opinions from carnivore diet Doctors is mixed. I have had great results with carnivore except for severe hair loss. I’m making Raw A2 milk kefir and fermenting 24-36 hours. I’ll greatly appreciate thoughts and guidance.
