Instead of simply discarding or throwing away his thoughtful gesture, I decided, in respect for and in honor of my fellow veteran, that I am going to eat and enjoy his gift. This probably sounds like a silly thing to do, this being a Carnivore community. So it’s probably just a veteran mindset thing of mine.
