Hey all! Down 24.8 pounds since starting Carnivore on Feb 6th of this year. Battled with fatigue for the first 2 months as my body healed. Now that I am approaching 90 days and my energy is up I want to introduce some strength training. Any recommendations for body recomposition training. 52 yr female, little to no exercise. THANKS!
