In preparation for "Ditch the Dairy" challenge coming up, does anyone have any ideas of what would be a good replacement for Half 'n Half in my coffee? I don't really like it with butter and I definitely don't like coffee black.
@Martin Perhaps I can do that in the future but not right now. I’ve recently been researching having caffeine along with C8 MCT oil first thing in the morning may stimulate mitochondria function and increase fat burning.
