To lose inches off my waist aka visceral fat. And starting tomorrow do the rest of the month full carnivore. I am a commercial mead maker (honey wine) and in bottling days cook for 15-20 people in our bottling line. So, this weekend was a Cinco De Mayo themed bottling day. I find it impossible to feed a crew and stay carnivore! Back to it tomorrow!
I can relate. It's hard to stay carnivore. I fell off my carnivore journey at a wedding last weekend. One night turned into a few days. As of May 1st I have committed to the ninety day carnivore challenge. I like the community. It helps! Good luck!!
