Hello! so my mom and sister sparked me into getting healthier back in 2013 when I was 37 years old and some at this time vegetables vegetarian vegan we're all spoken of as the healthiest route. And so I took this route full force. I've been athletic all my life, was in the army as well. I jumped in and started cleaning up, also I had been a heavy drinker and chewing tobacco and so I went vegetarian and then vegan and then Raw vegan so you could say I was keto at one at some point, also doing many cleansing and detoxing protocols and just taking everything new in regards to supplements etc. And I have always had a strong sweet tooth to where I will eat the whole bag type of person. Anyway I ended up staying with vegetarian almost vegan over the years before I ran out of energy and developed several things gradually without hardly even knowing like nail fungus joint pain and as I said literally out of energy and this is 2024 I'm speaking of when i ran out of energy and said I need to figure this out. Anyway I ran across someone speaking about vegetables being bad and having to defend themselves with anti-nutrients etc. and also lectins and oxalates which I ignored in the past. So I have a small amount of blood work i did in 2024 and then I recently got full bloodwork for 2025 after doing a few months of a protocol and it came out much worse than from 2024, so at this point I am not sure what to do other than I am doing almost a carnivore diet. Also I just took a "York test" for food sensitivity and it claims I am sensitive to eggs and milk and I've been eating these quite a bit lately not so much the milk other than whey and butter with no major sensitivity that i can tell. My sister who has celiac is very familiar with reading blood test and self taught in the nutrition space so she is trying to help me and give me suggestions. All in all I seriously need help from a community and carnivore doctors to determine what I should be doing so I hope this is the place :) Help Please, I just want to have energy and less pain so I can serve too the fullest.
