Today’s Zoom mtg. w. Dr Bosworth was excellent! Every topic she covered while answering people’s ?s was of huge value for me even though I didn't have the specific health issue—& her explanations & slides were off the charts excellent!! She was in rare form today too! Thanks Rina!

Totally enjoying & learning fr. Rina’s latest—with Dr Richard Johnson (“#1 Cause of Alzheimers…). Watching now on YouTube. I plan to send to several relatives and people in my life. Excellent info esp. for new members who want to know about honey, etc.

BTW…in 2 wks I’ll have completed 3 yrs of carnivore & of course that means starting year 4!! Can hardly believe it; I contemplated this milestone earlier as I deep-cleaned my air fryer. I’m still eating beef, lamb, tiny amts of organ meat, eggs, some chicken wings but may give them up. Also: Butter fr. New Zealand. Lost my taste for bacon!
