Hello. I am a former personal trainer and medical assistant who ran a half marathon, 5k's and mud runs. In December 2020 I fell on black ice and broke my ankle in three places and dislocated my ankle, causing nerve damage and changing my life forever. I have gain back weight I have lost many times over the years and unable to get it off regardless of what diet or exercise I do. My daughter told me about this briefly and I decided to look into the facts. Dr Ken Barry's book the lies your doctors tell's you and many suggested reading from him helped me to make this decision to give it 90 days even tho the holidays are coming. My goals are to lose weight, rid my body of inflammation and get healthy! Feel better! My greatest passion is to be active again without pain.
