Hello. I am a former personal trainer and medical assistant who ran a half marathon, 5k's and mud runs. In December 2020 I fell on black ice and broke my ankle in three places and dislocated my ankle, causing nerve damage and changing my life forever. I have gain back weight I have lost many times over the years and unable to get it off regardless of what diet or exercise I do. My daughter told me about this briefly and I decided to look into the facts. Dr Ken Barry's book the lies your doctors tell's you and many suggested reading from him helped me to make this decision to give it 90 days even tho the holidays are coming. My goals are to lose weight, rid my body of inflammation and get healthy! Feel better! My greatest passion is to be active again without pain.

So I am wondering if dairy can stall weight loss. I saw something about limiting dairy and the dairy free challenge for a month. Is there other reasons to limit dairy?

Hello been carnivore for 38days & lost 5# wk 1, 4# wk 2, 2# wk3, 1# wk4 this week 0. I feel a lot better as far as energy, GERD much better and no crazy cravings especially sugar. My CRPS pain is lower I believe with less inflammation. Is this weight loss stall normal?

31 Days in and feeling amazing! Down 12.5 pounds and seeing so many changes in my body and overall health, that I have not seen with other diets. I choose to do this for the pain I have due to my CRPS and the inflammation I have in my body and to see if I could benefit and it has helped more than I ever dreamed it would. Excited to see what happens

I have done 30 days of carnivore and feel great! I can't afford to become a member right now, but I have a question. In the home page in your profile where it says how much protein and calories to have and shows your current weight and goal weight, is this goal weight that keeps changing as I loose weight my actual goal for 90 days or set weight?

Day 4 of my 90 day challenge and I needed to post today. I am pleased to say I am down 5 pounds and feeling great! Surprised I have not had any cravings and very satisfied.
