Hi all. New to the carnivore diet. In week 2 of full carnivore. I drink orange pekoe tea with a tiny bit of milk and have some cheese (trying to reduce as much as possible) and some goat cheese. Is it all dairy or is ruminant animal dairy ok? I am aiming to reduce inflammation and lose weight.
