Been carnivore for a little over 6 months and I've dropped my BP, regulated my blood sugar, got rid of my fibromyalgia and inflammation pain and I've went from 282 pound down to 237.4 I haven't been under 270 in over 15 years.

Opinions on coffee. I enjoy an ice coffee in the mornings with HWC and a sugar free flavoring. Would this be enough to kick me out of ketosis? Other than the coffee everything else is BBBE, salt, and water.

Hi, I'm Trish. I started on Sept 26th. So far I have noticed a 95% reduction in fibro flare ups, my BP and blood sugar are finally normal, my shingles pain I've been dealing with for three years is all but gone, I have more energy and a better outlook on life, and as a bonus I'm now 32 pounds lighter. I still have a ways to go but I'll get there.
