over 1 year agoHit 90 days of Carnivore today. The fact that plants I thought were so healthy actually were causing me harm is mind-boggling. Eating meat & fat only is so gentle for everything from energy to clarity of mind. Prior to Carnivore, my thoughts moved so rapidly & erratically like a carousel spinning out of control. Now there's just calm & balance.

over 1 year agoHi, It's so freeing to be able to eat enough food & still get results, albeit slower. I eat around 150-170 grams of protein and the rest is fat around 190-200 grams. Instead of counting calories, I am keeping track of enough macro- & micronutrients until I can just eye ball it, which makes so much more sense. I favor lamb over beef, tho'.

over 1 year agoHi, been following the carnivore way of eating for 61 days. I've gained some muscle, better mood, better digestion, no more bloating, reduced waist to height ratio - finally under 0,5 again & I now get what people mean with the expression Carnivore zen calm. Thanks to all who post carnivore vids on YT! It has really helped me navigate this!
