My husband and I are in our 40’s, we both have different issues with our health. Doctors have had him on meds for years and things just keep happening then more meds. I’m a pre-diabetic, evidently high risk for breast cancer, and had memory, focus issues and think it could be the beginning of some else creeping up. My husband has low test, idiopathic high blood pressure, fatty liver, familia high triglycerides and low hdl, high ldl and suffers randomly from cluster headaches. On top of that my step dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s last month. My mom is a diabetic and has PKD, takes bp meds and cholesterol meds. So I’m on a mission to change and inspire/help them change. I’ve been watching a ton of podcasts on health related topics and tons will touch on carnivore diets. One I watched was with Dr Georgia Ede and she covered all the issues above. I’ve watched Gary Brecka and recently Shawn Baker. We began Keto 4 weeks ago but 4 days ago switched to carnivore and wanted to do it for at least 90 days but possibly longer. Just trying to figure it all out. I hope for change in everything in my family.

I’m so confused now…my husband finally lost 5 lbs after 8 weeks last week. We had an event & ate things not on carnivore the next day we didn’t eat much but did stick to carnivore by the following day my husband’s stomach hurt like he caught a virus, But hadn’t. he can’t eat anything and it’s 3 days when he looks at meat he gets sick and nauseous.

I have a question for a doctor…. I need help! My husband is 7 weeks in & now is having dizzy spells, zero weight loss, zero movement, except he’s not hungry much and is now getting nauseous at smelling of cooking. He has bp issues took it 122/85 we have cut out everything bad and I don’t know why he feels worse.

We are discouraged. We are six weeks in to carnivore, and my husband is not losing anything. He is staying at the same weight. He is extremely discouraged and is ready to throw in the towel. We’re not eating a ton of dairy very little. Getting ready to cut it out. His main goal is weight loss and he’s Ready to quit? Any advice?

We are currently in our 90 day carnivore challenge. Around seven or eight weeks into it there is an event in our community that we would like to go to. It is an expensive, there will be different foods Italian & wine served. It is a pairing and it’s with some of our friends. If we go and eat this meal and drink this wine, how far does it derail us
