I started out keto, lost about 45# the first time, gained some weight back, did keto again, lost again, holidays rolled around and gained again. I realize I am addicted to carbs and on keto I’m always trying to find that keto acceptable replacement for my cravings. Then that leads to more unhealthy cave ins. I have been researching carnivore and decided I can do anything for 30 days, see how I’m feeling and go from there. I mean what am I losing out on in these 30 days. I’m looking forward to what I may be able to gain, not just for me but my siblings and extended family. My goals are for health benefits; feeling good in my own skin, having more energy, mental clarity, losing this extra weight I gained with each of my pregnancies that I’ve never really lost. My family is my greatest passion, always has been.
