I am just starting a week of rolling 36/12 fasting/feasting schedule. First 36 was constipated. Second 36 diarrhea. NEVER had either issue in my year of carnivore! Carnivore healed all gastro issues within a month. What is up with this??? Advice? Help?

Hello my fine carnivorous cohort. I would like to know if any of you are using infrared sauna to further your healing, detox or just relax. I love saunas and would really like to get one as I cannot handle the high temps in a traditional sauna. Rebecca has kindly shared her experience. I have been unable to find one locally to test drive. Thanks
