Ingredients
bacon: 50 g
egg: 4
cheddar (shredded): 0.25 cup
paprika (optional): 0.5 teaspoon
Steps
1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.Slice the bacon to small pieces.
3.Put the bacon slices evenly in the muffin pans with the liners in.
4.Bake them for about 20 minutes to look crispy.
5.Mix the eggs, cheese, salt and paprika (optional) while the bacon cooks.
6.Pour the batter on the cooked bacon in the muffin cups. Fill ⅔ of each cup.
7.Put in the oven for 20 minutes, until the eggs cook.
