Ingredients
chicken thigh (with bone and skin): 250 g
butter: 1 tablespoon
Steps
1.Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
2.Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and a wire rack. Grease the wire rack with some butter.
3.Season the chicken with salt (and spices to suit your taste).
4.Bake the chicken in the centre of the oven for half an hour.
5.Increase the heat to 425°F (220°C), move up the oven rack one spot, and bake until brown and crispy.
