bacon: 2 slice
egg: 1
egg yolk: 1
butter: 3 tablespoon
water: 4 teaspoon
salt: 1 pinch

Steps
1.Cook the steak to your preferred doneness. Set aside as the base layer.
2.In a small pot, whisk the egg yolk with water.
